These documents are written for an overseas website that may be used internationally. They include focused notices for the United Kingdom, Mainland China, Hong Kong SAR and Singapore. The Mainland China notice does not treat a user directly submitting data to an overseas website as an outbound transfer carried out by a Mainland China organisation.
Mandatory consumer and privacy rights always take priority over inconsistent contractual wording.
