- AI can make mistakes. Check it against your teacher and official course material.
- If something feels unsafe, stop and tell a trusted adult.
For parents and guardians
WhateverGo targets A Level study but does not age-verify with government identity documents because collecting those documents would create additional privacy risk. The service relies on the stated minimum age, clear notices and account reports.
If you believe someone under 16 created an account or supplied personal data, email yuchenwang0115@gmail.com with the account email and enough information to investigate. Do not send a child's identity document unless specifically requested through a secure process. Verified underage account data will be deleted or de-identified unless law requires limited preservation.
Regional safeguards
UK: the service is designed for users aged 16+, and its notices are intended to be understandable to that audience. Parent/guardian involvement remains expected for users under 18.
中国大陆:本服务不面向未满 16 周岁的人士,因此也不以处理不满 14 周岁未成年人个人信息为目的。监护人如发现未成年人误建账户,可以通过下方邮箱要求核查和删除。
Hong Kong and Singapore: the same minimum age applies. Collection is limited to what is reasonably needed for account and study functions, with parent/guardian contact available for concerns.
