1. AI providers
WhateverGo routes text tutor requests to DeepSeek and vision/image requests to Moonshot AI / Kimi. These companies may process the request in Mainland China. WhateverGo does not operate or train the underlying models.
2. What is sent

Information typed into a prompt or visible inside an uploaded image is part of the provider payload even if it is personal. Remove names, student numbers, faces and other unnecessary identifiers before submitting.
3. Retention and model training
WhateverGo may save a conversation in the account workspace or browser so you can return to it. The application does not intentionally retain the original vision upload as a separate permanent file after completing the request, although conversation content and provider-side processing may remain as described here.
- Kimi: its published API data-security statement says API inputs and outputs are not used for model training.
- DeepSeek: its API documentation describes context caching enabled for performance. Unused cache is generally cleared after a period from hours to days. Its public-service privacy wording should not be treated as a zero-retention guarantee for every downstream integration.
- WhateverGo: does not use your private prompts to train its own model and does not sell them for advertising.

4. Safe and responsible use
- Verify answers against the official syllabus, mark scheme, teacher guidance and reliable sources.
- Do not use AI output as medical, legal, financial, safeguarding or emergency advice.
- Do not submit confidential records, passwords, authentication codes, live exam content or sensitive personal data.
- Follow your school's and exam board's academic-integrity rules and disclose AI use where required.
- Report unsafe or seriously incorrect output to the contact below.
5. No significant automated decisions
AI output does not determine your grade, admission, employment, credit, legal status or access to a public service. Quotas and abuse controls may automatically limit requests, but an administrator may review a support request. Administrators are exempt from ordinary AI request quotas for service operation and testing.
6. International and regional transparency
AI content may be processed in Mainland China. For a user located elsewhere, this may be an international transfer to China under the law that applies to that user.
